I have two sets of these, teardrop shape blue topaz, each stone a 9x6 pear shape measuring 1.5ct each...the whole set weighs 4.5cts...set in sterling silver with post/clutch backs...the earrings measure approx 19~mm x 10~mm....the pendant measures the same with a nice size bail for chains and stringing into designs.
