Blue topaz and sterling silver, love love the combo...I have two of this style of pendant, which I am calling the "Doorknocker Style" the stone is a 8x6~mm facted cut blue topaz measuring 1.5ct...set in a sterling setting that measures approx 7/8" by 5/8" in size.
