I have three of this style...a round 1.5ct beautiful shade of vibrant blue topaz set in sterling silver...the area for the chain is long...so you could actually slide this one on a herringbone of use it through multistrand beading as a center for a neckalce.  The pendant measures approx 18~mm long and 10.40~mm wide.
