Hi there, here is one of my practice flowers....they are going to get better throughout time...but Dan claimed this one good enough to sell as a special.  I learned how to make these at beadcamp from my friend Angie Ramey, I love them....the hole is a 3/32" on a small barrel bead where the flower is formed on a disc.  This one has a raku frit center and petals in peridot grass green, light blue and light amber transparent.  It measures 39~mm wide and 43~mm long...please click on the photo to see the back, side view and coin shot of the flower in my hand.
